Use the New Confined Space Permit Form to create a confined space entry permit for a particular confined space assessment.
To access this page:
- Select Confined Space > Existing Files.
- Click the thumbnail of the confined space safety assessment for which you want to create a permit. The document preview opens.
- In the Related Information column to the right of the preview, click Add a Permit Form.
